Jackson Hole, Wyoming

Jackson Hole is the valley, not just the town. Trappers called any high mountain basin a hole, and this one runs fifty miles along the Snake River with the Tetons standing straight up on the west side with no foothills to soften them. The town of Jackson sits at the south end under Snow King, where four arches of shed elk antlers frame the Town Square and the National Elk Refuge spreads out across the road. In winter the Village side of the valley holds some of the steepest lift-served terrain in North America, and Teton Pass is the local commute, snowstorm or not.

Our Jackson Hole collection is drawn from a cold morning on the refuge. The crewneck carries a bull elk in silhouette under the Grand Teton skyline in sage, cream and antler brown, with the valley name set in a western serif below. The tee is lighter and simpler, Jackson Hole over the 1914 line with a single Teton peak, made for a Jenny Lake hike in July or a Snake River float in August. The mug and sticker use the same elk-and-Tetons artwork.

Everything here is original and printed to order in the USA. We make it for the people who ski the Pass before work, for the summer park crowd who came for the moose and stayed for the light, and for anyone who left the Hole and still misses the first sight of the Tetons coming over the hill.
