Ojai is the valley town that made slowing down a destination. The Topa Topa Mountains close in on three sides, the Ojai Avenue arcade still looks the way it did when it was built in 1917, and every evening the whole place stops to watch the Pink Moment, when the bluffs turn rose for a few minutes before the sun goes.
