Chicago is the city that invented the skyscraper and then lined the whole skyline up along a lake so you could admire it from the beach. Lake Shore Drive curves past Oak Street Beach and Lincoln Park, the L rattles around the Loop the way it has since 1897, and on a clear July evening the Riverwalk fills with people who have nowhere better to be. Locals accept the Windy City nickname with a shrug, survive Chiberia every winter, and still call dibs on a shoveled parking spot with a lawn chair.

Our Chicago collection takes its cues from the lakefront. The crewneck sweatshirt carries a skyline-over-the-water badge in lake blue and flag red, with the 1837 incorporation year underneath. The tee is a cleaner cut, just the city name and a thin horizon line, built for a Saturday on The 606 or a walk through Millennium Park before the tour groups arrive. Mugs and stickers use the same artwork so the whole set matches.

Every piece is original, printed to order in the USA and shipped in a few days. It is made for people who grew up on the South Side, people who moved here for a job and never left, and the ones who moved away and still miss the sound of the L pulling into the station.

Why we love Chicago

  • ✦Lake Michigan looks like an ocean from the end of Navy Pier
  • ✦The L has been circling the Loop since 1897
  • ✦Summer street fests run nearly every weekend from June to September
  • ✦The 606 turns an old rail line into a 2.7-mile neighborhood trail

Best time to go: June through September for lakefront beaches, street fests and patio weather; late October for fall color along Lake Shore Drive.

Chicago apparel FAQ

Is this official City of Chicago merchandise?+

No. Everything in the collection is original artwork by independent designers. We are not affiliated with the City of Chicago, the CTA or any Chicago sports team.

Is the Chicago crewneck warm enough for a lakefront winter?+

It is a midweight 50/50 cotton-poly fleece, which handles a brisk October walk on its own and layers well under a coat once Chiberia sets in. Each product page lists the exact fabric weight and sizing.

Do you ship to the suburbs and out of state?+

Yes. Orders print in 2 to 5 business days at a US print partner and usually arrive 3 to 6 business days after that, anywhere in the United States. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.
